Career startingt opportunity for HR student or applicant interested in starting out in human resources within a healthcare setting. 

Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks of LBHC's HR Department

Prepare and maintain employee new hire packets as well as assisting applicants through completion of new hire paperwork.

Assist with responding to employee inquires on a day-to-day basis as it relates to HR questions.

Prepare reports for payroll, HR and/or compliance purposes.

Assist with recruitment services when needed. Scheduling interviews, preparing new hire orientation, etc.

Responsible for the daily maintenance of the PTO system and filing documents into appropriate employee files.

Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: • Positive, caring and customer-service-oriented attitude • Must be detail oriented. • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, required • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced entrepreneurial/family-oriented environment. • Basic HR and Employee Relations functions, payroll administration, and/or state and federal employment laws knowledge preferred. • Bilingual Preferred (Spanish).
